A chain dispenses whatever the manufacturer made. We run a proprietary in-house system that reads the prescription and works out the formulation options (strength, form, base, concentration) so your pharmacist and your doctor can dial in the exact ℞ for you.

Compounding
What compounding actually is.
A compounded medication is made from scratch for one patient. Your doctor writes the prescription. We weigh, mix, and prepare it here, at the strength your doctor chose, in the form that works for you.
That matters when the manufactured version doesn't fit: the dose you need isn't sold, you're allergic to a filler or dye, you can't swallow pills, or the medication was discontinued. It's how pharmacy worked for centuries, and for some patients it's still the only thing that works.
Every compound is prepared under a supervising pharmacist and dispensed only against a prescription. If a compound isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so, and tell your doctor why.
